Passengers can purchase ticket from airliners
or travel agents. Once written down on the ticket, passenger's name
cannot be changed. Unless specifically noted, the ticket is valid
for a year after purchase. Passenger can get refund before expiration
of validity day; however, a service charge will be levied. Tickets
with big discount may have length of validity period and other restrictions.
Passengers should make clear of the above at time of purchasing
ticket.
In case of lost ticket, passenger may report the
loss to the airline within the valid date. Refund or issuance of
a new one will be given to the passenger after the ticket is confirmed
not having been used. A service charge will be levied.
