2. Objectives and visions
(1) To provide the passengers (goods owners) with a secure
and efficient airport, so that
all clients can enjoy efficient service in a
comfortable and friendly environment.
(2) To provide stable facilities and services, so that
aviation companies can provide service
on time.
(3) To provide clear moving lines and signs, as well as
adequate and accurate information.
(4) To provide diversified services to increase the
turnover.
(5) Overall service satisfactory level for the year shall be
88%.
(6) Benchmark for the time of luggage collection and
passengers getting through
customs: the first luggage should be delivered to the
luggage conveyance belt in 12
minutes at the latest, the last one within 30 minutes.
The time for getting through
customs for the first passenger should be 12 minutes at the
latest, the last one within
35 minutes.
(7) For public enquiries and suggestions, the rate of
replies made within three days shall
be over 80%, whereas that of replies made within six
days shall be over 95%.
