Airport Carbon Accreditation
高雄國際航空站為國際機場協會（ACI）會員，多年來持續推動節能減碳及永續發展工作，並積極參與國際機場協會機場碳認證（Airport Carbon Accreditation, ACA）計畫。ACA為國際間唯一獲廣泛認可之機場碳管理認證制度，透過七個認證等級，評估機場於碳排放管理及減量作為之成熟度與成效。本站於105年取得全臺首座ACA等級三認證，並於115年取得ACA等級四認證，顯示本站已具備國際認可之碳管理能力，並建立符合國際標準之長期減碳目標及管理機制。
為持續落實航空站溫室氣體減量政策，降低機場營運對環境之影響，善盡社會及環境永續責任，本站將持續維持ACA等級四認證，精進節能減碳技術及碳管理措施，積極攜手各駐站單位及旅客共同推動節能減碳工作，朝2050淨零排放目標穩健邁進。
Kaohsiung International Airport (KIA) is a member of Airports Council International (ACI) and has long been committed to promoting energy conservation, carbon reduction, and sustainable development. The Airport actively participates in the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) programme established by ACI. The ACA programme is the only internationally recognized airport carbon management certification framework, assessing airports' maturity and performance in carbon management and emissions reduction through a seven-level accreditation system. In 2016, KIA became the first airport in Taiwan to achieve ACA Level 3 Accreditation. In 2026, the Airport further attained ACA Level 4 Accreditation, demonstrating its internationally recognized carbon management capability and the establishment of a long-term carbon reduction strategy and management framework aligned with international standards.
To further implement its greenhouse gas reduction policy, minimize the environmental impacts of airport operations, and fulfill its corporate social responsibility and commitment to environmental sustainability, KIA will continue to maintain ACA Level 4 Accreditation, enhance its carbon management and energy efficiency practices, and actively collaborate with airport stakeholders and passengers to promote carbon reduction initiatives, steadily progressing toward the goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

高雄國際航空站於7月2日舉辦「共同減碳計畫宣示會議」，由航空站主任傅耀南主持，邀集航空公司、地勤業者、商業店家及政府機關等共38家駐站單位共同參與，攜手深化減碳合作，穩健邁向2050淨零目標。
高雄國際機場自2016年起即取得國際機場協會（ACI）機場碳認證計畫ACA等級三認證，為臺灣首座獲得該認證的綠色機場，迄今已6度通過等級三認證。傅耀南表示，機場邁向淨零轉型的關鍵，在於如何降低「範疇三」間接排放，而這一環也最仰賴機場與駐站單位間的合作。
本次宣示會議後新的三年計畫即刻正式啟動，計畫涵蓋七大主軸：教育宣導、提升設備能源效率、車輛機具電動化、溫室氣體管理、永續能源管理、綠色營運、利害關係人合作計畫，期望擴大整體減碳效益。
傅耀南強調，2050淨零排放已是國際共識。近年高雄機場持續推動各項節能減碳措施，包括完成空調冰水主機汰換、全面建置橋氣橋電設備，也導入ISO-50001能源管理系統，並每年依循ISO-14064標準進行溫室氣體盤查。
未來，隨著高雄機場新航廈建設第一期工程正式啟動，全面導入智慧化與永續設計，包括雨水回收系統、擴大再生能源應用、智慧能源管理平台等，持續朝「智慧、永續、低碳」的綠色機場願景邁進。
Kaohsiung International Airport (KIA) hosted a Joint Carbon Reduction Commitment Ceremony on July 2, 2025, led by Airport Director Mr. Fu Yao-Nan, bringing together 38 stakeholders to deepen carbon reduction efforts toward the 2050 net-zero target.
Since 2016, KIA has obtained Level 3 certification under the ACA program by ACI, becoming the first airport in Taiwan to receive this milestone, and has achieved Level 3 accreditation six times. "Collaboration is essential in tackling Scope 3 emissions," said Director Fu.
The newly launched three-year plan outlines seven key focus areas: Education and Awareness, Enhancing Energy Efficiency, Electrification of Vehicles, Greenhouse Gas Management, Sustainable Energy Management, Green Operations, and Stakeholder Partnership.
Director Fu reiterated that KIA has actively implemented measures including HVAC replacement, full installation of GPU and PCA systems, adoption of ISO 50001 Energy Management System, and annual greenhouse gas inventory following ISO 14064 standards.
Looking ahead, KIA's new terminal project incorporates smart and sustainable design features such as rainwater harvesting systems, expanded renewable energy, and intelligent energy management platforms, advancing its vision of a "Smart, Sustainable, Low-Carbon" green airport.

Energy Policy
為提升高雄國際機場的能源效益，高雄國際航空站致力為機場建築物及設施使用者提供卓越服務的同時，亦努力維持相若或較低的每名旅客用電量。我們承諾將長期減少我們的能源耗用並持續改善我們的能源效率，目標為用電量需逐年減少1%。為滿足此目標，我們依據ISO 50001標準建置能源管理系統。
To enhance the energy efficiency of Kaohsiung International Airport, KIA is committed to providing excellent services to users of airport buildings and facilities while striving to maintain comparable or lower electricity consumption per passenger. KIA pledges to reduce its energy consumption in the long term and continuously improve energy efficiency, aiming for an annual reduction of 1% in electricity consumption. An energy management system has been established based on ISO 50001.

高雄國際航空站深知生物多樣性是珍貴的自然資產，而維護自然生態系統則是永續發展的關鍵基礎。作為地球公民的一份子，本站在致力成為「南臺灣國際門戶」的同時，參照國際生物多樣性推動方向及森林保育趨勢，承諾將致力避免和盡量減少高雄國際航空站在營運及發展對生物多樣性帶來的衝擊。
為此，本站支持聯合國生物多樣性公約、響應聯合國永續發展目標SDG 15：保育陸域生態，承諾從機場營運做起，並號召駐站夥伴，共同支持生物多樣性與不毀林，共同維護臺灣生態環境及永續發展。
